FAQ's
Choosing a subscription
Choose your publication, format and subscription term on the product page. Digital subscriptions provide online access; print subscriptions include physical delivery. A print-and-digital bundle includes both.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
When available, the checked Subscribe & Save box selects automatic renewal at the interval shown. Click anywhere in the box to switch it off and choose a one-time purchase. The price updates to match your selection. Review the selected term, total and renewal schedule before adding it to your cart.
Does the weekly price mean weekly payments?
No. “Show weekly price” displays a weekly equivalent for comparison. The “Billed as” amount is the full charge for the selected term, not a weekly installment. Changing this display does not change your purchase or renewal schedule.
When will access or delivery begin?
Digital access instructions are normally emailed within 24–48 hours. Check your spam folder. WSJ print delivery normally begins in 4–5 business days. Other print publications can take longer; check the estimate on the product page.
What if I already have a subscription?
Your existing subscription does not automatically merge with or extend a new purchase. Contact us with your current expiration date before ordering if you want to coordinate a start date. Manage any renewal agreement with your existing provider separately.
How do I log in?
Follow the activation email for your publication. If you see an expired account, sign out and use the account specified in those instructions. Contact us before deleting an account or changing an email address if you need help.
How do I cancel or get help?
You can request cancellation of future renewals before your next billing date. For activation, address changes, missed delivery or cancellation help, contact our support team with your order number. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
What is the refund policy?
Please read our refund policy for the evaluation period, prorated refunds and processing times. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate requests.
How are comparison prices calculated?
Where shown, the crossed-out amount is the publisher’s standard price for the same term and format, excluding introductory promotions. A charge every four weeks occurs 13 times in 52 weeks; a monthly charge occurs 12 times per year. Multiyear comparisons project the current annual rate and do not guarantee future publisher pricing. The product description explains the comparison basis.
