Cancellation policy

Automatic renewal

If you select Subscribe & Save or another automatic-renewal option, your subscription renews at the interval shown in your selected plan and checkout until you cancel future renewals. A one-time purchase does not automatically renew.

Cancel future renewals

To request cancellation, email support@digitalandprint.com or use our contact form before your next billing date. Include your order number and the subscription you want to cancel. We will confirm your request.

Refund requests

Cancelling future renewals is separate from requesting a refund for a payment already made. Please see our refund policy for refund eligibility, prorated amounts and processing times.

Weekly-price display

A displayed weekly equivalent does not create weekly installments. The full billed amount and renewal interval are shown with your purchase option.
